Scrypa Appraisal
Research & evidence.
For appraisers the rework is the bottleneck: findings arise during the site inspection, but the report is only written in the evening or at the weekend at the office. Around 80 percent of the work happens at the PC and only about 20 percent on site. Structured on-site capture that brings voice, photos and notes together into a reviewable report draft is barely established in the market. Scrypa Appraisal develops this flow for work at the object.
Developed out of the appraisal process
Damage assessment, inspection, defect documentation, evidence preservation and valuation are the logic in which an appraisal is created. Scrypa Appraisal is built for the terminology of construction and property appraisers, from market value, mortgage lending value and condition assessment to rooms, trades and defect classes, so that the spoken word is structured and assigned to the right finding.
Tested with appraisers
Terms, report structure and field mapping are developed in exchange with construction appraisers and appraisal offices. In pilot programmes we check whether the structured fields stay audit-proof and assignable in a way that holds up in court, and are taken cleanly into the report draft in your own template.
Measurable at the object
We measure the rework saved per site inspection, the time from the inspection to a reviewable report draft and the media breaks all the way to the finished appraisal. The goal is an immediately usable report draft instead of the detour via separate photos, notes and dictation, transparently measured.
