Scrypa Field
Research & evidence.
In technical field service a substantial part of working time goes into reports, records and post-job documentation. Field studies in field service show that documentation captured directly at the machine is more complete and generates fewer follow-up queries. Scrypa Field brings these findings into the daily reality of the service round and the fault call.
Built around the job day
We orient ourselves around the real report types of field service, from service report through maintenance record to acceptance. Terminology, component names and readings are modelled to fit the logic of the service report, not a generic dictation.
Tested with service teams
The recognition of technical terms is developed in exchange with service technicians, fitters and service managers. In pilot programmes we check whether the structured reports hold up to the requirements for verifiable service documentation and billing.
Measurably lighter workload
In pilot projects we measure report time per job, completeness of records and the number of follow-up queries from the back office. The goal is less time in the form and more time at the machine, transparently measured rather than claimed.
