Scrypa Repair

Research & evidence.

In repair businesses, documentation has so far almost always been done after the actual work, on the computer. Voice-based capture directly at the workbench is a young field with hardly any specialised solutions to date. Scrypa Repair develops this capture consistently out of everyday workshop life.

Developed from everyday workshop work

Device intake, fault diagnosis, repair report and estimate are the form in which a workshop works. Scrypa Repair is built for device and spare-part terminology, faults and test steps, so that spoken inputs arrive structured and not as an unordered block of dictation.

Tested with businesses

The terms and fields are developed in exchange with workshop managers and service technicians from various repair sectors. In pilot programmes we check whether jobs and reports are documented verifiably and land cleanly in the software in use.

Measurable in the workshop

We measure the office time saved per repair job, the share of reports captured directly in the target system, and how often things still have to be retyped after hours. The goal is finishing the day instead of retyping work, transparently measured in real workshop life.

Statements on effect and study findings are illustrative or based on industry studies. Collaborations are marked as intended; no existing partnership is claimed.
