Scrypa Appraisal

Research & evidence.

For appraisers the on-site assessment is the bottleneck: findings arise at the scene of the damage, but the typing only happens in the evening at the office. Structured voice capture that writes directly into the costing and appraisal systems is barely established in the market. Scrypa Gutachten develops this capture for work at the object.

Developed out of the appraisal process

Damage assessment, findings, evidence preservation and costing are the logic in which an appraisal is created. Scrypa Gutachten is built for the terminology of automotive and construction appraisers, from replacement value, residual value and diminished value to defect classes and line items, so that the spoken word goes structured into the target field.

Tested with appraisers

Terms and field mapping are developed in exchange with automotive and construction appraisers. In pilot programmes we check whether the structured fields stay audit-proof and assignable in a way that holds up in court, and are transferred cleanly into the appraisal software in use.

Measurable at the scene of the damage

We measure the paperwork saved at the object, the number of appraisals possible per day and the media breaks all the way to the finished report. The goal is an immediately usable assessment instead of the detour via dictation and later entry, transparently measured.
