In the trades, documentation has so far almost always been done after hours at the computer. Voice-based capture directly on the site is a young field with hardly any specialised solutions to date. Scrypa Handwerk develops this capture consistently out of everyday life on the building site.
Developed from everyday site work
Measurement, job report, timesheet, site report and variation are the form in which a business works. Scrypa Handwerk is built for trade terminology, line items, quantities and units, so that spoken inputs arrive structured and not as an unordered block of dictation.
Tested with businesses
The terms and fields are developed in exchange with fitters, masters and site managers from various trades. In pilot programmes we check whether job reports and variations are documented verifiably in line with GoBD and land cleanly in the software in use.
Measurable on site
We measure the office time saved per day on site, the share of measurements captured directly in the target system, and how often things still have to be retyped at night. The goal is finishing the day instead of retyping work, transparently measured in real site work.
